Simply Ginger was founded by Ailsa Gove to offer operational support and troubleshooting services for established hospitality businesses, as well as assisting in launches of new ventures.

An international hospitality management graduate with over 17 years of continuous operational experience within the hospitality industry, Ailsa has substantial expertise in members' clubs, restaurants, bars, and hotels across the globe.

From starting as a food runner at the age of 16, progressing through operational and general management roles, to now becoming a consultant in the field for the past 4 years.

Ailsa advises on all operational aspects of hospitality businesses at any stage, from operational feasibility studies through to planning, design, building & fitting out, implementation/launch & subsequent post opening support.
